As a landscape photographer from Cork, Ireland, I often seek cozy retreats that reflect the beauty of nature. Our recent family vacation at this charming chateau was truly memorable! Chris, the multi-talented manager, made us feel at home immediately. The spacious room was perfect for our family, with a comfy bed, ample amenities, and an inviting ambiance. We indulged in the delicious free breakfast each morning, especially the waffles and pancakes, while the evening soup was a lovely touch after a day out. We enjoyed exploring local activities the tour desk helped book, including a trip to the Glacier Hot Pools and the enchanting Fox Glacier Glow Worm Forest. With a pool table and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, the shared areas created a welcoming atmosphere for family bonding. This place is an absolute gem for families!
